Our vision on process

Measuring the CO2 footprint of our European facilities and of our products will help us offset the negative impact and improve our performance. With multiple facilities throughout Europe we actively analyse our processes and identify goals and KPI’s to reduce waste (water) and electricity use.

Climate Change Action

WHAT: Transition PF Concept to more renewable energy, and reduce energy use. Actively measure and reduce CO2 emissions. HOW: The measurement of our CO2 footprint gives us the baseline and the opportunity to identify improvement opportunities. Warm water in our Polish facilities is generated by Solar panels. 2025 GOAL: Significantly reduce our CO2 emissions according to the GHG protocols.

Water Management

WHAT: Reduce freshwater use, improve the quality of water we discharge, and demonstrate leadership by protecting shared water resources. HOW: Reduce the water usage in our printing facilities and better management of wastewater. Focus on printing techniques that do no use water (digital printing) 2025 GOAL: Significantly reduce our water usage compared to 2020.

Eliminating Waste

WHAT: Eliminating waste sent to landfill at manufacturing facilities, recycle and reuse in all facilities HOW: Reuse production waste at our facilities (whether plastics or inks). Reducing and recycling packaging waste. Reduce and reuse misprints 2025 GOAL: Become zero to landfill in all facilities.
